A man is dead and a woman is injured after a shooting at an encampment just outside of downtown Tulsa on Saturday morning.
Tulsa police officers responded to the shooting call just after midnight and found 40-year-old Alcides Monroig dead from a gunshot wound. They also found a woman who had multiple gunshot wounds who was taken to the hospital and expected to survive.
