Tulsa Police Auto Theft Detectives received a tip Wednesday about a serial auto theft suspect’s location after he avoided arrest the day before.
The suspect, Randall Liggins, was identified as part of a large-scale investigation launched in 2023 into hundreds of stolen vehicles in Oklahoma, Texas and Missouri worth more than $13 million.

Liggins was arrested for:
Possession of a Stolen Vehicle (24 counts)

This is an arrest, not a conviction.
