The Tulsa Police Department is looking for information after finding a man shot and killed on Highway 169 on Sunday morning.
Officers responded to the shooting call on southbound Highway 169 near 31st Street around 4:30 a.m. They arrived to find a car disabled on the highway with two men inside.
The driver of the car is expected to be OK but the passenger, 31-year-old Terrence McElwee, was shot in the head and died on the scene.
Detectives believe it appeared that the suspected shooter started shooting on the highway and hit the car multiple times and both men inside.
Homicide detectives are asking anyone who might have been at Tha Kickback Club who took pictures or video to please contact the homicide unit, (918) 596-9135 and leave a message.
