Man found dead behind Tulsa restaurant

The Tulsa Police Department is investigating a homicide after finding a man dead behind a local restaurant building on Sunday morning.

Tulsa police officers responded to a call about a man down around 7:30 a.m. at the restaurant near 21st Street and Garnett. Officers arrived and found 24-year-old Yeison Gustavo-Tecun dead with a gunshot wound to his abdomen.

Homicide detectives identified one of the suspects as 17-year-old Noe Cruz and took him into custory on Tuesday. Cruz is facing a charge of First-Degree Murder.

The investigation is still ongoing and more arrests could be made.
