One man is in custody following a deadly shooting outside a Tulsa bank.
Tulsa police officers responded to the shooting call on Sunday around 6 p.m. at a bank near 31st and Mingo. Officers arrived to find Mikaleb Fitzgerald hurt with gunshot wounds. Fitzgerald died on his way to the hospital.
Detectives learned Fitzgerald and a woman he was with were walking in a strip mall area when they ran into two men who attempted to rob them at gunpoint. One of the men shot Fitzgerald and the two ran away.
The woman was not injured.
Police arrested Deandre Marsalis on Monday afternoon and are still looking for the other suspect.
Marsalis will be charged with First-Degree Murder.
