Tulsa police officers arrested a man Tuesday who's accused of raping two teens in the last few weeks.

Officers first responded to a report of a rape on June 12. A 13-year-old girl ran away from a group home and said she was picked up by a man near 51st Street and Harvard who drove her to a nearby area and raped her.

On June 14, officers responded to another call about a rape and assault. Two 14-year-olds ran away from the same group home were picked up by the man who drove them around Tulsa before taking them swimming and eventually he assaulted and raped one of them.

Investigators identified Damon Dozier as the suspect in the case and arrested him June 27 near 43rd Street and Garnett. Dozier was previously arrested in February and charged with Kidnapping a Child Stealing in a case where he tried to abduct two children he didn't know.

He's now facing charges for two counts of First-Degree Rape of a Minor After Former Conviction of a Felony (AFCF) and two counts of Lewd Molestation of a Minor AFCF.

There is a possibility that there are additional assault victims related to Dozier. Anyone with information should call the Tulsa Police Department non-emergency number at 918-596-9222.

This is an arrest, not a conviction.
