Tulsa police arrested a man Thursday accused of shooting four people in midtown on Wednesday night.
Officers responded to multiple calls about an ongoing shooting around 7:25 p.m. Wednesday near East 27th Place and Harvard. They arrived to find four victims all of whom were taken to the hospital.
Three of them are expected to survive but 25-year-old Mykai Daniels died from his injuries.
Witnesses told Tulsa police officers that an altercation between several people resulted in one of them pulling out a gun and opening fire.
Billy Bills turned himself in on Thursday. He's facing multiple charges including First-Degree Murder and Shooting with Intent to Kill.
