On April 3, 1978 the victim was a real estate agent and received a phone call in reference to a subject wanting her to show him a house. The victim picked up the subject downtown and proceeded to drive to 1541 N. Vandalia. The victim was found dead inside the residence by the homeowner. The victim died from stab wounds.
