On May 23, 2009 the victim was found dead in the middle of the street at 160 S. 122 E. Avenue. The victim had been shot several times. The victim's vehicle, a maroon 1991 Chevy Caprice, was found parked in front of 12323 E. Archer, East Central Village Apartment complex.
