On June 5, 2003 at 2:35 a.m. officers responded to a disturbance at 3100 E. Apache. Upon arrival officers discovered a blue Cadillac abandoned in the middle of the street. Soon thereafter, they were advised that several victims were showing up a local hospital with gunshot wounds. Prior to officers' arrival the victim was taken to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim died as a result of his injuries.
