On March 17, 1986 the victim was walking down the street at 1600 N. Lewis. An unknown suspect assaulted the victim with an unknown object. While the victim was on the ground the suspect poured a flammable liquid on the victim and set him on fire. The suspect was driving an old black/white or light-colored vehicle.
