On May 24, 1988 the victim was at the Tiki Lounge located at 4325 E. Apache. He was talking to his daughter and grandson when he was struck from behind with a piece of wood and knocked to the ground. Robbery was the motive, the victim’s wallet was found at a vacant house at 2439 North Quebec.
