On April 10, 1987 at 9:30 p.m. the victim along with another individual stopped at 3100 E. Young to relieve themselves. They were confronted by a white male with a gun. The suspect forced them back into the vehicle and shot the victim in the head. The other occupant was also shot, however he survived. The suspect left the scene on foot.
