On February 22, 1988 at 5:32 p.m. the victim was found dead in the Arkansas River at 3100 S. Riverside Drive, among the rocks northern end of PSO. The victim was tied up and died as a result of blunt force trauma. The victim was known to live beneath the bridge and in several shelters. The victim was last seen between 12 p.m.-2p.m. on February 22.
