On April 3, 1984 the Tulsa Fire Department responded to a report of a house fire at the victim's residence located at 4634 N. St. Louis Avenue. Upon arrival, TFD located the victim and removed her from the structure, she was transported to the hospital. The victim was later pronounced dead. The cause of the fire was arson.
